We work with our client throughout the process and provide status updates, links to photos and review the project prior to completion to ensure client satisfaction with our miniature painting services.
Should we encounter difficulty with completion of the order we will work with the client to provide a timely resolution.
Q: How do you ship my miniatures? A: We ship via USPS Priority mail. Delivery is within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping charges will vary based on size, weight and destination. Insurance can be added for an additional fee. The client is responsible for the shipping charges.
